CURRENCY AND PRICES

I am seeing a different price on the website, in the cart, and at check-out. What is going on?
We are aware that there is a problem with Shopify (our website host) where some customers see a different price on the website and in their cart. The price you see at checkout is the correct price, so please do not worry about being overcharged. Shopify is aware of the problem, but has yet to find a solution.
For reference, most sticker sheets cost 30 or 40 NOK.

Why are all the prices in NOK?
This shop operates with Norwegian Krone because that's the currency of Norway, where my shop is located. You're seeing an approximate currency conversion based on your location. At checkout, the price will be shown in NOK.
NOK and kr are used interchangeably on this website, but both mean the same thing - kr is the same as what $ is for USD, and € is for EUR.

Do you offer tracked shipping?
At this moment, we offer tracked shipping to some countries. The countries this is offered to is: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, United Kingdom, USA.
If you're located in one of these countries, you will be able to choose between letter mail (no tracking), letter mail (with tracking) and parcel mail (with tracking) at checkout.
If you're located in other countries, the options are letter mail (no tracking) and parcel mail (with tracking).

How long does shipping take?
This is something we cannot answer completely, as it is in the hands of the postal service. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been processed for shipping, and it will be delivered to the local postal service the same or next day.
Please note that once the shipment has left Norway, we have no way to track your order unless you choose tracked shipping at checkout.
Approximated shipping times:
Norway: 2-5 business days
Europe: 5-14 business days
Rest of world: 7-21 business days
(I regularly experience longer shipping times than this)
TAXES AND TARIFFS

Is tax included in the price?
For Norwegian and US customers, yes.
Ikigai Papir is located in Norway, and therefore I charge VAT to customers located in Norway. I am also required to charge US tariffs and customs fees for US customers.
If you're located elsewhere, you are not charged any Norwegian taxes in this store. Essentially, the price you see in the store is tax free.
You are responsible for any VAT that may be added by your local customs office upon receiving your order.

ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED

If you ordered shipping without tracking:
Orders shipped WITHOUT tracking are impossible to track. I do not have any more info than you do.
If your order hasn't arrived in 8 weeks, I can send a replacement (provided the items are in stock, and the shipping info you provided at checkout was correct).

If you ordered shipping with tracking:
If your order gets returned to me, I will re-send it as soon as the tracking says it's on its way.
If your order gets lost, I will re-send it as soon as possible.

If your order gets returned to me:
In the case of your order getting returned to me, I will reach out via the email address submitted when you ordered.
I will re-send your order, but if the issue is with wrongly submitted address or failure to pick up package, I will ask you to pay the extra shipping cost.
