Return & Refund Policy

At Ikigai Papir, I hope you love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, please read the policy below.

Returns

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.

  • Be returned in their original packaging where possible.

  • Not show signs of use or damage caused after delivery.

Please contact me before sending your return so I can provide return instructions.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Digital products or downloadable items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs of the item and its packaging.

I will work with you to arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, I will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on my part or a faulty item.

Lost Parcels

If a tracked parcel is confirmed lost in transit, I will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.

For untracked shipments, I will always do my best to help, but unfortunately I cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for parcels that cannot be tracked.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible.

Orders can usually be cancelled before they have been packed and dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process described above.
