Shipping Policy
Processing Times
All orders are packed and shipped from Norway.
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. During shop updates, launches, holidays, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped with Bring.
Available shipping options, including tracked and untracked services where available, are shown at checkout based on your destination.
Please note that untracked shipments cannot be traced once they have been handed over to the postal service.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, weather, local postal services, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Approximate delivery times:

Taxes, VAT & Customs
Norway
All prices include Norwegian VAT where applicable.
European Union (EU)
For eligible shipments with an intrinsic value of €150 or less, VAT is collected at checkout through the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS). This means you should not be charged additional VAT upon delivery for qualifying shipments.
Orders with an intrinsic value exceeding €150 cannot be processed under the IOSS scheme. These shipments are imported under the standard customs procedure, and any import VAT, customs duties, or clearance fees are determined by the destination country's customs authorities or carrier.
United States
Applicable taxes, tariffs, and customs charges are collected at checkout where required. Qualifying shipments should not incur additional import charges upon delivery.
Other Countries
Customers outside Norway, the EU, and the USA are responsible for any import VAT, customs duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by their local customs authorities.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that imported goods comply with any local laws or restrictions in their country.
Lost, Delayed or Returned Orders
Untracked shipments
Unfortunately, untracked shipments cannot be investigated while in transit.
If your order has not arrived after 6 weeks, please contact me and I will do my best to help.
Tracked shipments
If a tracked parcel is lost or returned to me, I will arrange a replacement or work with you to find the best solution.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or because it was not collected, I am happy to resend it. Additional shipping costs may apply.
