Shipping policy

We ship all orders with Posten Norge (national postal service of Norway) unless stated otherwise. Tracked shipping is not available, and we are unable to provide any information regarding your order once it has been handed over to the postal service. 

The shipping prices on our website is the actual price of postage stamps, and can be found here: https://www.posten.no/en/

The shipping prices on our website are subject to change without notice should there be a change in the prices offered by Posten Norge. 

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit, or packages that are returned due to the customer submitting wrong or flawed address at the time of purchase. We will of course send the order out again, but the customer is expected to cover the cost of shipping.
